Private Meditation

Meditation is about finding your way home to yourself. It's discovering who you are through the practice of being still. Anyone can meditate, I often get told that a person can't meditate because their mind is too busy but that's the perfect reason to try. Meditation does take practice but it can be done in simple form in 5 minutes still with many benefits. Being calm and quiet offers us a chance to reset our thoughts. Understanding what we truly need and if done in the morning helps us stay calm and less emotionally reactive during the day.

I teach a variety of meditation techniques throughout a class and will usually have a different theme for each one. It's a beautiful tranquil practice and I hope you'll leave feeling calm and refreshed.

Meditation is a powerful tool that can help with anxiety, give us clarity on a thought, help us sleep better, be in the present moment and increase self-awareness to name just a few.

My classes are an hour long and I work with clients on a personal 1 on 1 basis. I can be available to come to your home or online. Meditation and Yoga classes can also be added to any Styling session to bring a sense of calm to the experience.
